Development of action plans for the implementation of the Strategy:
The Economic Development Implementation Sub-committee monitor and lead the process of formulation of focus area implementation plans
Six Focus Groups were formed to produce draft action plans namely:

A = Consultation on the membership of proposed focus group
B = Orientation of focus group members including a presentation on the CDB Strategy
C = Participants’ perspective on their respective organisations’ possible impact on the achievement of the set strategic objectives
D = Developing strategic actions to underpin the set strategic objectives
E = Completion of a draft action plan
